Beklagter: Hans Albrecht Prange, Stadtfischer zu Wismar
Fallbeschreibung: Tribunal hat Kl.in 1740 die Nutzung eines Teiches zugesprochen. Ungeachtet dessen hat der Bekl. im Winter 1741 und 1742 Rohr auf dem Teich geworben, bzw. das vom Pächter der Kl.in geworbene Rohr gestohlen. Die Kl.in verlangt vom Tribunal, dem Bekl. dies zu verbieten und ihn zur Leistung von Schadensersatz aufzufordern. Das Tribunal erläßt am 13.12.1743 ein Mandat an den Bekl., der Kl.in das Rohr zurückzugeben und sich des Rohrwerbens zu enthalten.
