Darin: 30.12.1626, Kodizill. Vermächtnisse erhalten 1. die 3 Kinder ihrer + Schwester Frau Amtmann Heisterman, 2. ihre Pate Christine Morrien, 3. Gerhard Wesseling, Diener ihres Mannes. Der Mann erklärt in einer Eingabe an den Rat, dass er die Vermächtnisse - abgesehen von den persönlichen Sachen seiner Frau und den pia legata - nicht entrichten werde, da seine Frau Vermögen nicht hinterlassen habe.
Enthält: Als Erbe wird der Mann eingesetzt. Vermächtnisse erhalten 1. ihre Schwester, Frau Niehuis, 2. ihre Modder Enneken Niehuis, 3. ihre 3 Halbschwestern, 4. ihr Schwestersohn Lukas Uphus, 5. die Kinder des Johan Droste, 6. Herman Nagell, 7. Herman Niehuis (für Bücher), 8. Frau Pfennigmeister Diedrich Morrien, 9. Katharina Druig (wegen alter Dienste), 10. ihre alte Magd Margarete Walrave. Das Testament wird errichtet im Hause des Notars Johan Niehuis auf der Rotenburg, wo der Testator krank zu Bett liegt. Zeugen: Henrich Bünichman und Johan Hamicholt. Von Rats wegen: Dr. Henrich Frie Venth. Notar: Johan Lemgo.
