Schmising zu Tatenhausen etc., Amtsdroste zu Cloppenburg, pachtet von Bürgermeistern und Rat der Stadt Telgte die Fischerei auf der Ems, die Armenfredde genannt wird. Diese beginnt beim Haus Lonne beim "haaren Baum" und reicht bis an das alte Schütt oder Grundwerk, das noch bei dem zum Haus Lonne gehörigen Oerkotten zu erkennen ist. Dazu gehören auch zwei Auslaken. Der Pachtpreis beträgt 15 Mark, wovon die Bürgermeister ihrerseits ihre Schuldigkeit an die Armen entrichten. Der Pächter ist verpflichtet, auf Abend St. Thomae den Armen wie von altersher die ihnen zustehende Portion Fische zu prästieren, damit sie diese pünktlich nach Münster liefern können, um nicht des Opfergeldes aus Domelemosyne und der Siegelkammer verlustig zu gehen.
