Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Landgraf Heinrich von Hessen und sein Vetter Hermann [II., der Gelehrte] verschreiben Hans von Haldessen 20 Mark Silber je 30 Schillinge schwerer Pfennige für eine Mark Grebensteiner Währung aus der Bede zu Zierenberg, je zur Hälfte als Mann- und Burglehen, die er zu Grebenstein besitzen soll. Dazu freien sie ihm Haus, Hofstatt und Hof zu Grebenstein, in dem er sitzt, als Burgsitz. Das Lehen ist bis Weihnachten über ein Jahr mit 110 Gulden, danach mit 100 Gulden ablösbar, die sie dann unter dem Landgrafen wieder anlegen müssen. Hans und seine Frau Olegard verzichten dafür auf alle Ansprüche gegenüber den Landgrafen.
