Während sich die Politik über den Einsatz von unbemannten, ferngesteuerten Flugmaschinen für Krisen- und Kriegseinsätze streitet, steuern längst Hobbypiloten ihre filmenden Flugobjekte übers Land. Sie heißen "Phantom", "Flame Wheel" oder "Discovery" - kleine, nur wenige Kilogramm leichte Flugkörper, die von Propellern in der Luft gehalten werden. An ihrer Unterseite haben sie Kameras, mit denen sich Fotos schießen lassen, oder Filme in bester Fernsehqualität. Sie sind für ein paar hundert Euro zu haben. Für Hobbypiloten gibt es dabei kaum Beschränkungen. Jörg Klingbeil, der oberste Datenschützer im Land, wundert sich, dass es über dieses Thema noch keine öffentliche Debatte gibt. Er sieht den Boom der fliegenden Kameras am Himmel äußerst kritisch.

BZK no.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
