In der Mitte findet sich ein rot-weißes Feld mit schwarzer Schrift: "Volksaufstand am 17. Juni 1953 für Menschenwürde und Freiheit" Am oberen Rand des Plakats steht in weißer Schrift: "18 Millionen Deutsche riefen die Welt!"
