Regest: Giacomo Graf Bolognetti Alamandini Fürst von Vicovaro, Senator von Bologna und römischer Baron etc. ernennt Dr. Fabrizio Scalmani aus Ronciglione zum Gouvernateur des Gebietes von Vicovaro. Als Verantwortlicher für die Justizverwaltung von Vicovaro ernennt der Aussteller mit sofortiger Wirkung Dr. Fabrizio Scalmani aus Ronciglione zum Gouver¬neur des Gebietes auf sechs Monate mit eventueller Verlängerung. Die Ernennung erfolgt mit allen Möglichkeiten, Verdiensten, Ehren und Lasten und ist von allen Beamten an¬zuerkennen und zu unterstützen. Scalmani muß dafür bürgen, das Gebiet während seiner Amtszeit nicht zu verlassen bei Strafe der Ungültigkeit der Ernennung.
