Regest: Die Geschwister Anna Maria Tonnies, Witwe des Johann Friedrich Borchorst, früher Gerichtsschreiber des Gogerichts Harkotten, und die geistliche Jungfer Gertraudt Elisabeth Tonnies, beide Bürgerinnen zu Warendorf, als Erben des verstorbenen Stephan Tonnies verkaufen dem Johann Bernard Hußmann, Bürger und Kaufhändler in Warendorf, und seiner Ehefrau Katharina Elisabeth Top ihr Haus auf der Oststraße zwischen dem Haus des Johann Niedinck und der Pumperie mit allem, was darin mauer-, nagel- und pfahlfest ist. Belastet ist das Haus mit 3 1/2 Pfgennig Wortgeld und mit 12 Schilling für die Bentheimer Armen. Der Kaufpreis beträgt 438 Reichstaler. Davon werden 100 Reichstaler bar gezahlt, der Rest soll in jährlichen Raten (beginnend 1743) von 100 Reichstaler (im letzten Jahr 38 Reichstaler) nebst 3 % Zinsen abgetragen werden. Käufer und Verkäufer setzen gegenseitig all ihr Hab und Gut zum Pfände. Der Vertrag wird geschlossen im Hause der Witwe Borchorst in platea orientali (Oststraße). Zeugen: Bernard Henrich von Evert und Henrich Borchers. Notariatsinstrument des Franz Wilhelm Zuhorn.
