Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Einige Lehen, die die ausgestorbenen Grafen von Beichlingen zu Lehen gehabt, aber den von Löwenstein zu Afterlehen weiter verliehen hatten und die an Hessen heimgefallen waren. Dazu gehören der Feldzehnt in Feld und Flur zu Niedenstein [Stadt, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] und Wichdorf [Stadtteil von Niedenstein, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] mit allen geistlichen und weltlichen Lehen. Ehemals hatten diese Lehen die von Elben, dann die von Löwenstein von den Grafen von Beichlingen zu Lehen getragen.
