Johann Gymnich weigert sich, für zwei Gewalt Holz, die angeblich zu dem Gut gehörten, Kurmud von 1 Rtlr für jede Holzgewalt an die Antoniter zu zahlen. In den beiderseitigen Eingaben geht es um die Zugehörigkeit der Holzgewalten zu diesem oder zu Hans Kreußens Gut und um die Kurmudpflicht überhaupt. Johann Gymnich behauptet, dass sein Vater Stephan, der die Rechte 1648 von den Erben Johann Mellers: Wilhelm Statz und Catharina Kremers, Jacob Bulder und Elisabeth Statz, erworben hatte, zwei Jahre vor seinem Tod als lehnsfrei erklärte. Der Anwalt des Antoniterklosters untermauert demgegenüber seine Ansprüche mit Hinweisen auf und Auszügen aus den Quellen: dem Kerpener Holzbuch, dem Weistum des Antoniterhofs, den Hofgerichts- und Erbungsprotokollen.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings.
