Regest: M. Benedikt Gretzinger, geschworener Stadtschreiber zu Reutlingen und offener Notarius, bekennt, daß am 25. Oktober 1548 vor ihm persönlich erschienen ist der bescheidene Hans jung Rauber, Hans alt Raubers selig und der Margretha Weissin eheleiblicher Sohn, und erklärt hat, nachdem Margretha Weissin, liebe Mutter nach Absterben Hansen Anna (?), ihres nächsten Hauswirts, in Witwenstand sitze, so möge sie seinethalb ihre Güter zu ziemlicher Notdurft ihr Leben lang nutzen. Er wolle seines väterlichen Erbes halben bei ihren Lebzeiten keine Forderung an sie haben. So aber seine Mutter mit Tod abginge, wolle er auf sein Erbrecht an ihrer Hinterlassenschaft keineswegs verzichtet haben.
