Forderung nach Rückgabe des Kaufpreises für einen Häuserkauf und Umwidmung
Enthält: Gegenstand des Streits ist der Kaufpreis für einen Hausanteil, den Dietrich Kroch von seinem Schwager Jacob Esser gekauft hatte. Esser klagt gegen Kroch, der, nach dem inzwischen erfolgten Tod der Ehefrau Essers, von Jacob Esser die Rückgabe des Kaufpreises fordert. Dieser soll nicht ihm, sondern den Vorkindern der Frau zugute kommen solle. Der Kläger beruft sich auf ein Dekret vom 1.7.1684. Er ist aber gegen Entschädigung aus den dort genannten Unterpfandgütern bereit, auf die Forderung einzugehen. Das Gericht gibt dem Vergleichsvorschlag statt: Kroch soll Esser für die 110 Rtlr Kaufsumme entschädigen. Als Sicherheit bleiben einstweilen die bereits sequestrierten Früchte von einem Morgen Land in der Scheune auf dem Markt in Gewahrsam des Schultheißen, der den Schlüssel dazu erhält.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person.
