Johann Paulus und Elisabeth Bönnagels übertragen den Verkäufern dafür eine Gewalt Holz, die dem Haus von Johann Paulus d. Ä. und seiner Frau Christine (Eltern der vorgenannten Käufer), in der Eulenstraße, neben Conradt Hagendorn auf der einen und Hermann Heppendorff auf der anderen Seite, zusteht und die der genannte Johann Paulus von seinem Vater erhalten hat. Weil die beiden Tauschobjekte aber nicht äquivalent sind, sollen Johann und Elisabeth den Voiß Erben noch 60 Rtlr und nach einem Jahr noch einmal 50 Rtlr auszahlen. Außerdem soll die blinde Schwester Catharina [Voiß] in dem Haus wohnen bleiben, wofür ihr eine Wohnung aus drei Zimmermannseinheiten ("von dreyen Zimmermans Verbünden") eingerichtet werden soll, "in welcher gemeldte Catharina die Zeit ihres Lebens frey und franck ohne einige Beschwerung wohnen und sich uffhalten solle und möge". Nach ihrem Tod erhalten die neuen Eigentümer Johann und Elisabeth auch diese Wohnung. Für den Vertragsabschluss werden 3 Rtlr Verzichtgeld und 8 Albus Gottesheller bezahlt und der Weinkauf, wie landesüblich, gehalten. Zeugen: Pastor Reiner Reidt, Peter Dapper und Johann H(o)upertz.
