Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: 1.) Die von Wilhelm Schetzel zu Merzhausen heimgefallenen zwei Drittel an Schloss und Dorf zu Merzhausen [Ortsteil der Gem. Willingshausen, Schwalm-Eder-Kr.] mit 125,5 Morgen Land, 20 Morgen Wiesen und sieben Morgen Gärten; 2.) zwei Drittel an dem ungefähr 340 Acker großen Gehölz, genannt die Struth. Das Lehen haben früher die von Rückershausen, darauf die Schetzel zu Lehen getragen. Das letzte Drittel an dem Lehen haben die von Weitershausen inne.
