Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Das freie Lehngut, die Wüstung Steinbach [Wüstung bei Floh, nordöstlich von Schmalkalden, Gem. Floh-Seligenthal, Lkr. Schmalkalden-Meinigen] über Weidebrunn [Stadtteil von Schmalkalden, Lkr. Schmalkalden-Meiningen] mit allem Zubehör, das das Eigentum des Stifts zu Schmalkalden gewesen ist. Die Güter werden gegen einen jährlichen Erbzins von vier Maltern Korn, drei Maltern Gerste, acht Gnacken, zwei Lammsbügen, fünf Gnacken für zwei Christbrote und zwei Fastnachtshühnern als Erbzinslehen vergeben.
