Regest: 1752 November 8 (Burtscheid) Martin Lambert de Loneux, Meier, Johann Engels und Heinrich Thimister, Schöffen des Gerichts der freien Reichsherrschaft Burtscheid (Burtscheidt), realisieren auf Bitten des Procurators Karl Franz Urlichs folgendes Notariatsinstrument: 1752 November 7 (Burtscheid) Vor dem Notar Karl Franz Urlichs verkauft Joh. Voeß mit seiner Frau Adelheid Frey in Burtscheid an Peter Krichel und dessen Frau Maria Elisabeth Bertram sein gegenüber der Stallung des Schöffen Ferdinand von Schwartzenberg eingemauertes und ungefähr 5/4 Fuß ausgemauertes ... "Privet oder Heimbliches Gemach mit anhabender T ür, holtzenen Gespane und einfachem Sitz sambt Schlüssel wie auch adoth (?) und Mist-Koul, worinnen dieses und übrige Secreten ihren Ablauf haben" für 2 Pistolen und 12 Aachener Gulden, von denen der Schöffe von Schwartzenberg 1 Pistole 12 Gulden für sein Recht an dem "Privet" erhält. Die "Mistkoul" soll vom Käufer und dem Schöffen von Schwartzenberg gemeinsam unterhalten und geleert werden. Zeugen: Wilhelm Maaßen und Joh. Gilles, Pastor. Siegler: Die Aussteller.
