Inhalt: Nr. 59, Wohnhaus des Joeckenhofes mit Wirtschaftsgebäude und Stallungen 1715 saß Peter Joecken auf dem Hof, um die Mitte und gegen Ende des 19. Jahrhunderts gehörte das Anwesen der Familie Wefers, später Berthold Simons. Danach war Karl Assmann Eigentümer. Er ist vor Jahren verstorben. Seine Ehefrau verstarb im Juli 1962. Einst gehörten zum "Jockenhof" 45 Morgen Land. Nach und nach wurde ein Morgen Weide- und Wiesenland übrig. Sie dienten Karl Assmann für seine Traberzucht. Landwirtschaftlich wurde von Ihm nichts mehr genutzt.
