Enthält: Temmo Jölckenbeck aus Westbevern hat auf den Erben Oesthoff und Ravensberg, an deren früheren Wehrfesten er Ansprüche hatte, mit Hilfe von Soldaten Pferde und Kühe weggenommen und die Besitzer den Erben geschlagen und bedroht. Die Erben gehören dem Wilhelm von Hoseden an der Salzstraße und der Witwe Buck zu Grevinghoff, auf deren Antrag der Beschuldigte verhaftet wird. Als Zeugen werden vernommen 1. Henrich Gransberg oder Jölkenbeck auf dem Erbe Ravensberg (= Jölckenbeck) in Westbevern, Stiefsohn des Beschuldigten, 28 J. alt, verheiratet mit Engele Dorboms, 2. Margarete, die Meiersche zu Oisthoff, 50 J. alt. Erwähnt werden + Jost von Langen und Johan Böse in Telgte; Jochum von Ravensberg; Herbort Niehus; Jobst Strop; die Notare Henrich Buck und Dietrich Bliesing.
