Vermerke (Urkunde): (Voll-) Regest: Der Kapitän Friedrich Wilhelm von Horn zu Josbach verkauft für sich und im Namen seiner Geschwister das freiadelige Gut zu Josbach mit Zubehör, den Lehen-Zehnten zu Josbach, vorbehaltlich der Zustimmung des Lehnsherrn, und den Erb-Zehnten zu Wolferode für 18.000 Gulden Frankfurter Währung an Christina Lucia Friederica von Wurmb, geborene von Waldschmidt, für sich und im Namen ihres Ehemanes, des Obristleutnants Caspar Wolrad von Wurmb.
