Form und Inhalt: Aufnahmen aus der Zeit von Radio München, v.a. aus Sendungen von und mit Fred Rauch, Szenenphotos von Ton- und Musikaufnahmen (auch Proben), Betriebsfeiern im BR, der Schwerpunkt liegt in den 1950er und 1960er Jahren.
Personenbeschreibung: Fred Rauch (1909-1997) war Radiomoderator, Liedtexter und Schriftsteller. 1946 begann der gebürtige Wiener als freier Mitarbeiter bei Radio München. Von 1948 bis 1978 moderierte er die Sendung "Sie wünschen - wir spielen Ihre Lieblingsmelodien". Über 1500 Mal moderierte er die Wunschkonzertsendung, die wie kaum eine andere Sendung bei den Zuhörern beliebt war. Vereinzelt moderierte Fred Rauch im Fernsehprogrammt, etwa das Jubiläum "25 Jahre `Sie Wünschen`" am 17. Januar 1974 aus der Münchner Olympiahalle oder die Oberkrainer-Show "Mit Walzer und Polkas um die Welt" ein Jahr vorher. Bereits von 1956 bis 1958 moderierte Rauch Sendungen des Bayerischen Werbefernsehens, wie "Die ideale Frau" oder "Musikalische Plaudereien".
