Vor dem Offizialat des Hofes zu Münster setzen Berndt von Raesfeld (Raisfelt), Domkellner von Münster, Johann Nordemann, Vikar Wilhelm Lübbecke und Berndt Rupe, Offiziant der Domkirche zu Münster, als Exekutoren (handtgetriven) von Johann Wilmes (Wyllemes / Wylmes), dessen leiblichen Bruder Gerlich Wilmes (Wyllemes), Bürger zu Beckum (Beckem), in das Erbe von einem Goldgulden jährlicher am Hochfest Maria Himmelfahrt (assumptionis beate Marie virginis = 15.8.) zu leistender Rente ein. Die ursprüngliche Rentverschreibung - beginnend mit den Worten "Wy Borgermeistere vnd Raidt der stadt Beckem etc." vom 22.8.1550 (vigilia Assumptionis beate Marie virg.) - hat der Verstorbene mit Everdt Wilkens (Wylckens) und dessen Ehefrau Anna, Bürger zu Beckum, für 20 Goldgulden abgeschlossen; die Rente soll aus ihrem Haus und Hof in der Nordstraße [in Beckum] gelegen zwischen den Häuser des Bertoldt Runde und der "Moder Kremersche" geleistet werden. Die Exekutoren verzichten damit auf alle ihre Ansprüche zugunsten des Erben. Das Hofsiegel wird angekündigt.
