Regest: Vor dem Notar Balthasar Edeler nehmen Bernd Heemann und Enneken thor Peppenhorst, Eheleute und Zeller des Heemann-Erbes im Ksp. Ostbevern, Bsch. Brock, von Jobst Veltmann, Kramer und Bürger zu Telgte und Provisor der Alten Armen St. Antonii-Kapelle, 25 Rt. auf. Sie geloben, bis zur Ablöse, die nach vierteljähriger Kündigung erfolgen kann, am Tag St. Jacobi (1. Mai) dem Provisor der besagten Armen l V2 Rt. Pension zu entrichten. Als Pfand stellen die Zeller ihre gesamte bewegliche und unbewegliche Habe. Daneben bewilligen sie zur besseren Sicherung der Armen, dass die am 25. Juli 1634 von ihrem Gutsherrn Heinrich Korff gnt. Schmisinck zu Tatenhausen gesiegelte, zugunsten seligen Everd zum Brincke, Kramers und Bürgers zu Telgte, ausgestellte und auf 60 Rt. Kapital sprechende Bewilli- gung bis zur völligen Bezahlung jetziger Obligation in vollem Umfange weiterhin bestehen solle. Geschehen im Hause des Notars zu Münster auf der Hundestiege in Gegenwart von Eberhardt Bock zum Grevinghoff und Heinrich Kruse, Bäcker und Bürger zu Münster.
