Übersetzung (gekürzt): Ich, Herman Cleyvorn, bekenne für mich und für meine Erben, dass wir eine Mark jährlichen Geldes aus dem Hause des verstorbenen Gerd Myddendorp, gelegen auf Unser Frauenstraße, Bertold Bisschopingh dem Jungen und Ludyken thon Weghe zur Hilfe und zum Nutzen der Armen zu Kinderhaus verkaufen, nämlich für 18 Mark Pfennige nach jetziger Ordnung der Stadt Münster, welche uns zu Willen ganz und gar wohl bezahlt sind von diesen vorgenannten Bertold und Ludyken, den Verwahrern jener vorgenannten Armen zur Zeit und wollen ihnen oder wer Verwahrer dieser vorgenannten Armen sei, diese vorgenannte Mark Geldes wahren und rechte Gewähr tun, wie man städtisches Gut zu Recht wahren soll für alle, die deswegen zu Gericht kommen wollen. Und dies zu bezeugen für mich und für meine Erben (habe ich) mein Siegel an diesen Brief gehangen. Hier waren dabei und anwesend Hinrich van den Busche und Johann de Bleeke der Junge, die auf beiden Seiten hierzugebeten worden sind, wie es nun eine Stadtordnung in Münster ist.
