Vor Johan Bischopinck, Richter Bischof Konrads II. (Cordz vannen Retberge) in der Stadt Münster, klagt der Gastmeister Heinrich Mörs (Hinrick morsze de Gastmester) gegen Johannes Wantscherer wegen eines Hauses am Bült, das einst Marcharius Vagesack gehörte und das über dessen Testamentsvollstrecker, den verst. Hermann Höbing, an den Kläger als nächsten Erben gekommen ist. Hermann hätte es zum Seelenheil des Marcharius in das Gasthaus zu behuf der Armen (Gast- und Irrenhaus Martini?) geben sollen, was dieser wohl versäumt hat zu tun. Nun hat sich der Beklagte ohne rechten Besitztitel des Hauses bemächtigt, weshalb Heinrich ihn auf 20 Gulden und auf 3 Gulden Schaden verklagt. Der Beklagte gibt dagegen durch seinen Fürsprecher an, dass der verst. Hermann seiner Ehefrau das halbe Haus auf Lebzeit zugestanden hätte, um darin zu wohnen, für eine halbe Mark jährlicher Rente und dass diese es in friedlicher Weise 13 Jahre innegehabt habe. Darüber will der Beklagte eine Urkunde beibringen. Nach Sichtung aller Beweise entscheidet der Richter dem Kläger recht zu geben und weist den Gerichtsboten Bernt Bokemann an, das Urteil zu vollstrecken. Der Richter kündigt sein Siegel an.
