Vorwort: B Rep. 235-19 Nachlass Else Sander
1. Biographie
Else Sander wurde am 16. September 1896 in Berlin-Charlottenburg geboren. Sie war während des 1. Weltkriegs als Kindergärtnerin und seit 1919 in der Berufsberatung für Frauen, erst bei der Groß-Berliner Auskunftsstelle für Frauenberufe und seit 1920 beim Kartell der Auskunftsstellen für Frauenberufe, tätig. Seit 1923 staatlich geprüfte Wohlfahrtspflegerin, arbeitete sie als Fürsorgerin und später auch als Journalistin. Else Sander war Mitglied des Berliner Frauenbundes 1945 e.V.
Sie starb am 23. Oktober 1988 in Berlin.
2. Bestandsgeschichte
Die Archivalien wurden dem Landesarchiv Berlin (LAB) 1988 vom Berliner Frauenbund 1945 e.V. als Depositum übergeben.
Der Bestand enthält 5 Archivalieneinheiten mit der Laufzeit von 1911 bis 1987 und umfasst Material aus beruflicher Tätigkeit, eigene Schriften, Korrespondenz, Materialsammlungen und Druckschriften.
Er ist vollständig erschlossen und verfilmt, zur Benutzung werden nur Mikrofiches vorgelegt.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
