Enthält: Der Angeklagte Buck ist der Sohn des Bürgermeisters Wyne Burk in Borken und seiner aus Bocholt stammenden Frau Margarete ten Wege. Auf Bitte seiner Verwandten (darunter Bernard Buck) verwenden sich für ihn der Graf zu Holstein-Schaumburg in Gemen, der Rat in Borken und der Rat in Bocholt. Für den Angeklagten Strick verwenden sich der Rat und der Richter Frerich Frederichs in Dinslaken. Buck wird aus der Stadt verwiesen und schwört Urfehde; es verbürgen sich für ihn Notar Gerhard Lennep, Wandscherer Bernd Rodorp, Lambert von Eilen und Johan Vornholte, Hierüber verhält sich der Richtschein des münsterschen Freigrafen Herman von Melschede vom 16.8.1557, in dem Urteilsfragen und Urteilsweiser genannt werden. Erwähnt werden Herman von Wesel; Gewaltmeister Andres von Steinforde; Johan Swarte; Johan Bispinck, Bernd Grevinck, Bernd van der Maesser, Henrich Selckinck.
