Regest: Bürgermeister und Rat der Stadt Beckum (Bechemb) verkaufen an Heidenrich von Lethmathe, Domdechant in Münster, 30 Reichstaler erbliche jährliche Rente für 500 Reichstaler. Sie ist zahlbar auf St. Margaretha (Juli 13) aus den Stadteinkünften u. a. aus den Höfen Saurman und Flüchter, Kirchspiel Vellern, und Rundeltappe, Kirchspiel Beckum. Es bürgen: Stephan Isinghoff mit seinem Haus an der Geiststraße zwischen Häusern Johan Windes und Antonius Grönen; Bernhardt Wibbert Johans Sohn mit seinem Haus am Markt zwischen Paul Wördeman und der Rodenstraße; Temmo Stake mit seinem Haus an der Hühlstraße (Heulstraßen) zwischen Häusern Johan Vennewalt und Philips Holthaußen; und Stephan Jorgens mit seinem Haus an der Oststraße zwischen Buschoff an einer und der Oststraße an der anderen Seite.
