Dies ist die wichtigste Manuskript-Sammlung von Thilo Koch. Er behält sie bis zu seinem Tode in eigener Verwahrung. 1996 wurden für das Bundesarchiv Kopien hergestellt. Jeder Band ca. 250-300 Seiten Schreibmaschine, mit Inhaltsverzeichnis, insgesamt ca. 15.000 Seiten, flexibel in blaues Leinen gebunden.
