Regest: Vor den Düsseldorfer Schöffen Herman Blide und Johann Groenwalt verkaufen Nese Bruyns und ihre Kinder Hannes, Rutger (dieser unmündig) und Grete an den Gastmeister des Düsseldorfer Hospitals Heinrich Brugman, sowie an Thys Steynmetzer und Wilhelm Luyttendrencker, "Onsser lyever Vrauwen gesellen, as van deim wijnschroederampt" eine Rente von 1 Mark Brabanter Währung, jährlich auf Weihnachten zahlbar, zur Speisung und Labung armer Leute im Hospital, und setzen ihren Hof, genannt Bruynshoff, "upp der Boeken gelegen, alre nyest Heynen Pipers erff" (nach dem Umschlagregest: im Hamm) zum Unterpfand.
