Der Droste Johan [von] Grotthaus, der Rentmeister Franz (Franss) Molan und der Richter zu Vechta und Gograf zu Suttholt (Sudtholtte) Johan von Dinklage (Dingklage) erlauben nach Beratung mit Münsterischen und Lüneburgischen Beamten dem Münsterischen Vogt über das Kirchspiel Goldenstedt (Goldenstette) in der Grafschaft Diepholz (Hause dieffholtt), Henrich Unkraut, ein Haus auf dem Witwenkamp (wiedumb kamff gnt.) zu errichten und dieses als Lüneburgisches Erbe in seiner Familie weiterzuvererben. Dafür soll der Hauseigentümer jährlich an St. Martin (11.11.) drei Scheffel Roggen und ein paar Hühner an den Pastor zu Goldenstedt liefern. Droste, Rentmeister und Richter kündigen ihre Siegel und Unterschriften an; das Kirchsiegel von Goldenstedt wird ebenfalls angekündigt. Eigenhändige Unterschriften von "Groethaus", "Frantz Molen" und "Johan von Dincklage".
