Der Teilbestand firmierte zuvor unter C 31/III Ausländerpolizei Anhang und zerfällt provenienzmäßig in folgende Teile:C 31/IV Nr. 1 - 155Polizeipräsidium Nürnberg-Fürth / Ausländeramt, Abteilung Ostarbeiter (II 1b), Ludwigstraße 36 (Laufzeit 1942 - 1945)Das Vorkommen anderer Nationalitäten ist die Ausnahme, z.B. wenn sie in einem Schreiben zusammen mit Ostarbeitern (Arbeitskräfte aus den besetzten Gebieten der Sowjetunion) genannt werden. Die Überlieferung wirkt gestört, da von Firmen, die nachweislich zahlreiche Ostarbeiter beschäftigt haben, nur wenige Quellen vorhanden sind. BZK no.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.

This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
