Im vorliegenden Grobprojekt "Überwachungssystem auf EDV-Basis für Schaderreger der landw. Pflanzenproduktion" werden ausgehend von den grundlegenden Beschlüssen unserer Partei und Regierung sowie auf der Basis einer umfassenden Struktur- und Funktionsanalyse des Pflanzenschutzes Entscheidungsvorschläge in Form von Varianten unterbreitet. Das Grobprojekt soll eine endgültige Entscheidung durch die staatl. Leitung über die Zweckmäßigkeit, Vollständigkeit und Realisierbarkeit des geplanten Überwachungssystems ermöglichen. Darüber hinaus soll es als Grundlage für eine, den neuen Anforderungen an den Pflanzenschutz entsprechende Organisationsform dienen und erste Anhaltspunkte zum Arbeitskräftebedarf sowie zur Planung von Qualifikationsmaßnahmen geben

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
