Regest: Weil die bisherige Metzger-Ordnung vor ungefähr 2 Jahren nur zur Probe eingeführt und ihre Änderung vorbehalten worden ist, hat man der ganzen Bürgerschaft für höchst ratsam und nützlich erachtet, daß künftig zur Beibringung besseren und wohlfeileren Fleisches jeder nach der vorigen alten Verordnung entweder 1 Rind und 2 Kälber oder 2 Schweine und 2 Kälber oder 6 Hämmel und 2 Kälber oder 6 Böcke und 2 Kälber zu schlachten und zu metzgen berechtigt sein soll. Der bisherigen Ordnung gemäß soll, bei scharfer Ahndung, von Schafware nichts weiter eingeschlagen +) werden, als was allhier abgestochen werden kann.
