Vorwort: F Rep. 245 (Karten) Sammlung Hans Uth
Im Februar 1981 vermittelte der Senator für Kulturelle Angelegenheiten die Übernahme einer umfangreichen Kartei in das Landesarchiv Berlin, die Hans Uth für ein Berliner Künstlerlexikon zusammengetragen hatte. Einige Jahre später konnte diese Kartei um weitere Materialien Uths ergänzt werden, die er zwischen 1950 und 1980 im Zusammenhang mit Katalogisierungsarbeiten zu Berliner Grabmälern gesammelt hatte. Im November 2019 übernahm das Landesarchiv Berlin als Zugang 9228 von der Stiftung Zentral- und Landesbibliothek, Berlin Sammlungen, Listen, Fotos und eine weitere Kartei der Sammlung Hans Uth.
Enthält: Ausschließlich Bauzeichnungen, entfremdet aus Friedhofsakten zu Grabmälern auf den Friedhöfen der Jerusalemer und Neuen Kirche, heute am Mehringdamm Ecke Baruther Straße und an der Bergmannstraße.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.

In the sources, the persecuted person is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
