Es ist frei von Schulden und Lasten bis auf die "burgerliche Vfflage und Stades Dienste". Für etwaige Lasten, die den Käufern entstehen, setzt die Verkäuferin ihr Hab und Gut als Pfand ein. Der Richter kündigt das kleine Hofsiegel an.
