Vor Berthold Bischopinck, Richter in der Stadt Münster, verkaufen Johan Karenkirp und Lise seine Ehefrau für eine Summe Geld auf dem Wege des Erbkaufs an Bernd Grüter (Bernde Gruter) eine jährlicher Rente von 2 Rheinischen Gulden aus Hesselmanns Kamp vor dem Jüdefelder Tor, gelegen zwischen dem Jüdefelder Esch (yodevelder essche) und dem Feld des Johan van der Lippe. Die zwei Gulden sollen hälftig am Michaelstag und hälftig an Ostern gegen Vorweisung des Rentbriefs ausgezahlt werden. Die Verkäufer geloben Währschaft und der Richter kündigt sein Siegel an.
