Regest: Dechant und Kapitel des Stifts Wissel einerseits, andererseits der Prior des Predigerklosters, die Vorsteher der beiden Schwesternkonvente und der Bürgermeister zu Kalkar als Provisoren der Armen daselbst bekunden, das Stift Wissel habe 1479 aus dem Hofe upgen Gort eine Jahrrente von 16 oberländischen rheinischen Goldgulden an den Kalkarer Bürger Pawel ten Have verkauft. Die Rente sei 1527 dem Prior des Dominikanerklosters, den Patern der beiden Schwesterkonvente und den Bürgermeistern als Armenprovisoren übertragen worden, und zwar zwecks Unterhalt von armen Kindern der Schule bzw. zwecks Ausstattung von armen Mädchen für den geistlichen oder den Ehestand. Der klevische Rat und Lic. iur. Johann Louwermann, der diesen Hof vor einigen Jahren angekauft hatte, habe eine Urkunde von 1511 als Beweis dafür vorgebracht, dass Dechant und Kapitel zu Wissel als Leibegewinnsherren des Hofes keine 16 goldene oberländische kurfürstliche rheinische Gulden, sondern 15 Pachtgulden verschrieben hätten. Der Sachverhalt wird festgestellt, da Luwermann die Rente mit 403 Talern und 44 Albus ablöst.
