Kiel 1578 April 25 nachbenannte zwölf Personen, nämlich Maigster Erasmus Hertmann, Vizearchidiakon, Magister Michael Stanhufius, Kantor und Senior, Magister Bartholomeius Emels, Lektor, Dr. Paul Kopperschmidt, Bernhard Soltow, Johannes Kulemann, Dr. Paul von Eitzen, Domherren, Magister Hildebrand Eminga, Rektor der Schule zu Schleswig, Ewald Turow, Johann Schmiter, Peter Pauly und Magister Johann Lucht, Vikare zu Schleswig, ausgesagt haben, die beiden Güter zu Scheggerott und Norderbrarup seien nicht pfandweise, sondern durch Kauf von Wolmann von der Herberge an das Domkapitel zu Schleswig gekommen. d.d. 1578 den 16 Monatstag Octobris.
