Enthält: - Gesuche nachfolgender Tabakhändler, mit positiven Regierungsbescheiden: Bürger Bartold Mehn in Bremen vom März 1699 wegen seines Handels mit dem Land Hadeln; Franz Detlef Stoltz in Scheeßel vom August 1699 wegen seines von Hamburg kommenden, in Scheeßel verkauften Tabaks; Bürger Hermann Beneken in Bremen vom September 1699 wegen seiner Tabaklieferungen nach Hambergen, Wallhöfen, Börde Beverstedt, Bockel, Bramstedt, Kassebruch, Axstedt, Nesse und Warstade; Gertrud Heengken (Hincken), Witwe des Johann Otto Heengken (Hincken) in Buxtehude, vom Oktober 1699 und Juni 1700; Christoph von Spreckelsen in Jork vom Januar 1700 - Gesuch des Oberinspektors Andreas Scharnhorst vom August 1700 um Schließung von Pachtverträgen mit einzelnen Tabakhändlern, mit nachfolgendem Bewilligungsbescheid der Regierung; Gesuch der Witwe des Lorenz Riedel, des Dirk von Spreckelsen und der Brüder Peter und Johann Christoph Jacobi, alle Einwohner in Horneburg, vom Oktober 1700 um gemeinsame Pachtung der Tabaksakzise, mit nachfolgendem positiven Regierungsmandat an Scharnhorst
