Sie behauptet, das Entgen ihr diese Gaben in ihrem Testament vermacht hätte, so wie sie es versprochen hatte. Die Verwandten weisen dies als "boßhafftiglich erdacht oder ertraumt" zurück. Sie hätte sich, wenn ihre Forderungen berechtigt gewesen wären, damit gleich an Tilman Schaller d. Ä. und den Cellerarius Rasquin, die das Testament aufgerichtet hatten, wenden sollen. Sie lassen darüber hinaus die Zeugen, die auch beim Testamentsabschluss zugegen gewesen waren, zu Wort kommen: Thoniß aufm Werth und Christian Gehelen. Sie sagen aus, dass Entgen Schaller 1 1/2 Viertel Land "an der langen Hecke" und die Pfandschaft über eine Holzgewalt zugunsten der Armen eingesetzt hätte. Ferner sollte Thoniß für 6 Rtlr eine ihrer Kühe, von denen sie je eine Tilman d. Ä. und Tilman d. J. vermacht hatte, verkaufen, um damit das Begräbnis zu bezahlen. (Diese Kuh stand jetzt bei Fiehe Fuit). Von Magdalena Scheiffers sei in dem Testament aber keine Rede gewesen. Die Beklagte, die jetzt von Wilhelm Wirigh unterstützt wird, bleibt aber bei ihren Forderungen. Was das Gericht dazu dekretiert, ist nicht überliefert.
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings.
