Enthält: Schöffen bezeugen, daß Siegers † Vater dem Wirtz und dessen Frau 1 Morgen Weingarten im "Wingerfelt" gelegen und "Krum-Morgen" genannt, zur Unterhaltung eines Kindes überlassen haben und daß Wirtz diesen Morgen mit einem weiteren halben Morgen, der von seiner Schwiegermutter Girtrud Sieger herrührt, und "an der Langerhecke" liegt, dem Obristleutenant Simons für 50 Reichstaler geborgten Geldes als Unterpfand gegeben hat. Simons hat diese Ländereien mit den daraufstehenden Früchten in "Platzzahlung hinwegh genohmmen und sich selbst bezahlt gemacht" und diese Ländereien später seinem Schwager Johann Adolff Schreiber übertragen. Die Frau des Wirtz ist mit Sieger im 2. Grad verwandt.

The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number.
