Enthält: Mitinitiator [Name maskiert] erläutert auf einer Versammlung, an der Vertreter der Stormarner Gemeinden Harksheide und Glashütte, der Pinneberger Gemeinden Garstedt, Friedrichsgabe, Ellerau und Quickborn, der Segeberger Gemeinden Henstedt, Ulzburg und Kaltenkirchen sowie der Gutachter Heiser (Blankenese) und Referent Fischer, der im Sozialministerium für Fragen der inneren Umsiedlung zuständig ist, teilnehmen, das Projekt "Norderstedt". Bei diesem sollen 40000 Menschen aus Schleswig-Holstein in dem Gebiet, wo die drei Kreise aneinanderstoßen, angesiedelt werden. Vorplanungen waren bereits durch die Kreise sowie das Landesplanungsamt durchgeführt worden. Auf der Versammlung gründet sich die "Förderungsgesellschaft Norderstedt" und der Vorstand setzt sich aus Schulz (Harksheide), Pastor [Name maskiert] (Harksheide), Cyriakus (Harksheide) sowie Vertretern der betroffenen Gemeinden zusammen. Es soll eine Satzung erarbeitet und eine ordentliche Generalversammlung abgehalten werden.

When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
