Regest: Herzog Wilhelm von Jülich und Berg etc. verkauft der Anna Xanctis für 200 Goldgulden eine jährliche Erbrente von 10 Goldgulden, alle Jahre fällig auf den heiligen Sakraments-Abend aus dem Zoll zu Düsseldorf, im Jahr 1500 beginnend. Reinhard von Hammerstein (Hamersteyn), derzeitiger Zöllner zu Düsseldorf, erhält Befehl zur Auszahlung in Köln oder Essen. Ablösbar mit 200 Florin nach vierteljähriger Kündigung. - Siegler: der Herzog. - Dat 1499 uff des hilligen Sacramentz avent.
