Vorwort: Der Bestand A 132 (Hochstift Straßburg) enthält Urkunden und Akten, die das Hochstift Straßburg betreffen. Bei dem bisherigen handschriftlichen Zettelrepertorium handelt es sich um eine vor Jahrzehnten gefertigte, nicht immer fehlerfreie Abschrift des Repertoriums von David Förter, das nach 1620 angelegt und bis 1668 von verschiedenen Händen - u. a. von J. K. Heller - weitergeführt worden ist. Eine Neuverzeichnung des Bestandes und die Anfertigung eines neuen Repertoriums sind aus personellen Gründen vorerst nicht möglich. Um aber wenigstens die Benutzung und Kopierung des Zettelrepertoriums zu erleichtern, wurde jetzt von ihm eine maschinenschriftliche Abschrift angefertigt. Dabei konnten allerdings lediglich Formalien vereinheitlicht und ins Auge fallende Lesefehler korrigiert werden; eine durchgehende Überprüfung und redaktionelle Überarbeitung des Repertoriums war dagegen nicht möglich. Das bisherige Zettelrepertorium wird nun im Bestand A 605 verwahrt. Die Überarbeitung des Repertoriums übernahm die Unterzeichnete, während der Orts- und Personenindex im Rahmen der Anwärterausbildung von Rolf Bidlingmaier unter Anleitung von Dr. Fischer erstellt wurde. The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.

In the sources, the persecutee is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
