Enthält: Ida Pfeiffer, Frau des Gerard Keyser, klagt vor dem Freiherrn und Amtmann wegen schlechter Ernährung, die sie - verurteilt vom Kerpener Gericht wegen einer Übertretung - im Gefängnis "im herren hauß under der erden im kercker" und im Schloßkerker erhalten habe. Gute Leute hätten sie vor dem Verhungern gerettet. Sie sei auch "zum spectakell beym hellen mittag" an den Pranger gestellt worden. Sie habe gehofft, danach in Ruhe gelassen zu werden, doch der Kerpener Gerichtsbote Hans Adam Grahts verlange jetzt 9 Reichstaler 50 Albus. Ihre Klage darüber sei unrechtmäßig abgelehnt worden mit der Begründung, "daß solches in regardt deren gerichts geburnußen undt kunfftiger bruchten noch nicht der gottesheller seye". Es sei aber nicht üblich, daß jemand mit zwei Strafen belegt werde. Bittet um Schutz vor der Forderung des Gerichtsboten.
