Enthält: Gegenstand des Verfahrens sind offensichtlich Schulden des ehemaligen Frohnhalfen auf dem Hof des Klosters [Stifts] in Münstereifel in Wissersheim, Johann Zilcken. Bereits am 10.12 1685 hatte das Stiftskapitel von Münstereifel die beweglichen ("gereidten") Güter des Hofmannes, darunter 27 Pfund Flachs- und 53 Pfund Wirk-Garn, für eine Pfändung inventarisieren lassen. Der Halfe sollte aber von dem Garn noch bei Stephan, dem Weber, Tuch anfertigen lassen. Inzwischen erhoben aber auch weitere Gläubiger von Zilcken, nämlich Dederich Goirr und Otto Aper, Anspruch auf das Garn. Dekan und Kapitel fordern nun den Vorrang, da das Garn doch "in unseren händen gewachsen". Der Weber Stephan soll ihnen das Garn wieder entweder "in natura" oder den Stoff unter Berechnung seines Lohns herausgeben. Daraufhin wird dem Dederich Goir befohlen, am kommenden Donnerstag, dem 22.8., seine Forderungen vorzulegen. Anscheinend entscheidet das Gericht dann zu seinen Gunsten und lässt das Garn für die beiden Kläger Goir und Aper beschlagnahmen. Am 28.8.1686 schätzen Schultheiß Johann Adolf Schreiber und die Schöffen Johann Heinrich Schieffer und Sebastian Mausbach mit fachkundiger Beratung durch den Weber Stephan N. die Ware ("Fläschen- und Wirckengarn" bzw. "Leinen-Gereß"): 27 Pfund Flachsgarn, das für etwa 40 Ellen Tuch reicht, jede Elle zu 16 Albus [= 640 Albus = 8 Rtlr (à 80 Albus)]; 53 Pfund Wirk-Garn für 53 Ellen Tuch zu je 1 Schilling [= 53 Schilling = ca. 4,5 Rtlr (à 12 Schilling)]. Die Taxkommission rechnet noch den Weberlohn hinzu und kommt so auf einen Betrag von 15 Rtlr current, die den Gläubigern verrechnet werden können.
