Enthält: Vor dem Notar Johannes Kerckhoff einigen sich Hermann Engelhardt, erster Rektor des Altars der Heiligen Dreieinigkeit (= Trium Regum), Maria, Georg, Hieronymus, Katharina und Barbara in der Antoniuskapelle außerhalb der Stadt, und Johannes Wulffhagen, zweiter Rektor des genannten Altars, daß Johannes Wulffhagen auch den Hermann Engelhardt sein neues Meßbuch und daß Hermann Engelhardt auch den Johannes Wulffhagen den gesamten Zierrat des Altars benutzen läßt. Zeugen: Euerhard Starcken, Kanoniker, Herman Degenhardt, Vikar an der Martinikirche, Bernhard Redegelt und Johannes Dreyer, Vikare an der Antoniuskapelle, und Herman Swerte, Prior der Vikarie an der Antoniuskapelle.
