Enthält: Bl. 155-158v: Graz 31.12.1583 (alten Stils): unsere Not mit dem päpstlichen Kalender zeigen die Dokumente, die ich D. Mylius schickte: die Landschaft erbat i. A. des Herzogs unseren Rat; ich legte die Sache den versammelten Predigern vor und erbat die Meinung eines jeden; dann verlas ich die meine, der alle zustimmten ausser Herrn David (Tonner), der uns aufrührerisch nennt; sobald das Ministerium zu Augsburg über die Sache beschlossen hat, soll der Bote Ulrich Maier die Schriften nach Tübingen tragen, Antwort oder wenigstens eine Empfangsbestätigung erbitten, auf die hin er von uns seinen Lohn erhält. Dem Herrn David pflichtet Peristerius bei, der Hof droht, die Kanzel ist nur gesperrt, Kanzler hat auf Rat des Landeshauptmanns Georg Kifenhiller den Kalender angenommen und Superattendenz H. Stainer hat ihn publiziert; Steier folgte; Paulus Fabricius nennt alle literarischen Gegner des Kalenders Bachanten. Bitte, alle Schreiben D. Mylio zu geben, damit der Rat des Augsburger Ministeriums, der Tübinger Theol. Fakultät und des württembergischen Consistoriums erlangt werden und Herrn Marpach und D. Kirchner über seine Lage zu berichten, der Herzog werde ihn nicht mehr lang dulden; er wäre froh, wenn er mit gutem Gewissen heraus wäre; Abschrift;
The Bundeszentralkartei (BZK) is the central register of the federal government and federal states for completed compensation proceedings. When a claim is entered into the BZK, a number is assigned for unique identification. This BZK number refers to a compensation claim, not to a person. If a person has made several claims (e.g. for themselves and for relatives), each claim generally has its own BZK number. Often, the file number of the respective compensation authority is used as the BZK number.
This number is important for making an inquiry to the relevant archive.
Delict according to Nazi judicial system
Conduct that was first criminalized under National Socialism (e.g. the Treachery Act, ‘Judenbegünstigung’) or which the Nazi judiciary prosecuted more severely (e.g. high treason).
Reason for persecution
The reasons provided here are based on the wording in the reasons for persecution stated in the sources.
Role in the proceeding
‘Verfolgt’ refers to a person who submitted a compensation claim for damage caused by Nazi persecution. If the application was submitted by a person other than the persecuted person, this other person is designated as ‘antragstellend’ and their relationship to the persecuted person, if there is one, is noted. In the sources, the persecuted person is sometimes referred to as ‘Geschädigter’ (aggrieved party) and the applicant as ‘Anspruchsberechtigter’(claimant).
