Hersfeld-Rotenburg] an der Fulda mit allem seinen Zubehör, Ehren, Nutzen, Würden, Setzen und Entsetzen, das 1519 durch den Tod des Bastian von Weiters heimgefallen ist, zu dem Anrecht des 1519 belehnten Caspar von Weiters, mit der Bestimmung, dass das Setzen und Entsetzen der Fischer so erfolgen soll, wie es der verstorbene Bastian von Weiters und die von Gilsa abwechselnd, beide nach Anzahl ihrer Rechte, gehalten hatten; 2.) die Wüstung Rudolferode [Wüstung in der Gemarkung Weiterode, Gem. Bebra, Lkr. Hersfeld-Rotenburg], gelegen zwischen Weiterode und Ronshausen, mit allem Zubehör. [Ehemals Lehen des Klosters Hersfeld]
