Am 19.2. hatte die Klägerin eine "weitläufige iniuriöse Schrift" gegen den Beklagten eingereicht. Er bittet, weil sich bei der Ausfertigung seiner Gegenschrift Schwierigkeiten ergaben, um Verschiebung des zur Beantwortung angesetzten Gerichtstermins um 5 bis 6 Tage. Obgleich der Gerichtsschreiber schon längst mit der Zusammentragung der Akten fertig sei, wird dem Bittsteller gewährt, unverzüglich mit seinen Akten einzukommen. Widrigenfalls soll der Gerichtsbote Johann Jacob Graetz ohne weiteren Bescheid mit der Auslieferung fortfahren und, wie üblich, weitere Anweisung abwarten.
